Poster guidelines:

One poster board of 150 cm height and 97 cm width (Paper size A0) is available for each poster. Materials for affixing the posters will be available at the registration desk.

Posters can be mounted from Monday, February 11, from 1 pm onwards. Posters will be displayed during the whole conference. At least one author must be present during the dedicated poster session. The posters must remain hanging until Thursday, February 14, 1 pm.

Please note that the removal of posters is in the responsibility of the authors. Posters left after the conference will not be forwarded to authors.

Oral presentations:

Each oral presentation is assigned to a 20 min time slot, including discussion (i.e. 15 min presentation and 5 min discussion). A notebook with MS Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader is available. Please copy your presentation before the session starts onto the provided laptop.

For both types of presentations applies: If no one shows up to present the topic, the paper will not be uploaded to IEEEXplore.
