Please note that a full registration by December 07, 2018 is required for each accepted paper in order to include the contribution in the proceedings.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at the VDE-Conference Services before January 11, 2019 (except authors registration), the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of 60,- EUR.
After January 11, 2019 no refund will be made. Proceedings will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
Visa Letter Enquiry
Participants who need a Visa Confirmation Letter are requested to send an email providing the information below to vde-conferences(at)vde.com with subject SCC 2019 - Confirmation letter for VISA application.
Please note that visa application letter will be sent only after completed registration and payment.
